RaTS, a system for ionospheric ray tracing

The ionospheric ray tracing program, RaTS, is written in object oriented C++ and consists of several modules: a global ionospheric model, a semi-automatic program to convert tabular output generated by the model into an analytical spline-like function, a program for actual ray tracing calculations, and a module to plot results from the other modules. All modules are integrated into one application with a graphical user interface
